Spinach Cream
Frozen Spinach (chopped) 1 package
Cream of Mushroom 1 can
Frozen corn for granish
Sugar 2 tbsp
Salt
Milk 1/2 cup
put all ingredients into saucepan and bring it to boiled (serve 4 person)
if you have a blender, blend the cooked spinach before mixing with cream and milk (do not blend after cream and milk because you will get bubbles, or even a mess with your blender), this greenish cream looks really lovely on fish fillet.

From frozen, cheese and mashed potato inside, boil like chinese dumplings

Most of the ingredients (like frozen spinach, cream of mushroom) is very common in Canada, however hard to find in China or may be very expensive.
I introduce/share is cooking method to those students who don\'t know how to cook or who are too lazy to cook. So I turn these instant cans food into a new taste and in a healthy way.
remember: don\'t eat the above receipe portion all by yourself. 8 oz of the serving already contain more than 2 servings of vegetable/fruit you need for the day
